Rue de la Boulette explores Piattella Hash: A Revolution in the World of Cannabis
Always up to date with the latest developments, your favorite French legal hash manufacturer presents today the latest in extraction. Piattella Hash!
Origins
Piattella hash has its origins in Spain, more precisely in Barcelona. This is where the Cannabis Social Club: Uncle’s Farm is located. It is the club that gave its name to this rather special variety of resin.
For the record, the great hashish master who gave birth to this category of extraction is called “Zio” in other words the uncle!
Packaging and extraction
Initially, Piattella is a fresh, frozen, intact plant. Then the separation, in other words the extraction, takes place by centrifugation in cold water, then there is filtering of the trichomes and cold pressing.
Freeze-drying and refining
The assembled resin is then freeze-dried, a low-temperature drying process that removes water from a product. Then the product is placed under vacuum and benefits from refining that can last from a few weeks to a few months, in its freeze-dried form.
The inimitable quality of Piattella
Once made available in room temperature conditions, Piattella is just incredible. We then find a black, sticky and even pasty hash, extremely fragrant. We immediately feel the creamy side under the fingers and the power of the terpenes perfumes the whole room.
Piattella should be ranked alongside the best Afghans stamped with the golden seal. We can even, without too much risk, that it sets the bar a little higher with the bouquet, freshness and power. Is this the best hash in the world? Maybe the future will tell.

We're working on it, we're working on it. The conditions that allow us to produce correctly and in sufficient quantity to be included in a catalog require real equipment, especially for freeze-drying.
When we say: 'curing time' we simply mean 'time'. We cannot hide our keen interest and investment in moving towards this type of hash. We must also consider genetics because the law requires us to only work on phenotypes rich in CBD or CBG. As a result, it will take us a little longer to announce something, but we are already working on it!
